Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. For international shipping, please allow 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that customized or stitched outfits are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

How do I ensure I select the correct size?

We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our guide, as sizing may vary between our 'Ready-to-Wear' and 'Unstitched' collections.

What payment methods do you accept?

Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
